Once you have, break the first murel and you'll just spawn a bunch more soldiers. Deal with them however you like, stock up after killing them all, and then when you break the third last murel you will cause Amaru to begin to fight you. Amaru is somewhat of an issue to deal with. You also cannot melee him, point of no return sexualität you can headshot him. However, it's not a one shot and in fact still takes quite a few shots in order to bring him down. There are 5 phases total, with them all basically being repeats of each other. You defeat Amaru, he respawns along with some soldiers. Defeat the soldiers, then defeat Amaru again. It is fairly annoying to dodge, and if you get behind cover to try and snipe him, he will walk towards you and be difficult to hit. He also will attack you even if you are behind cover if enough of you is revealed, so it's just a big pain to deal with. If you are taking damage from this form, just run away behind cover so that you don't waste healing items. Once you've killed Amaru, there will be a cutscene in which Amaru actually dies and tells you to look after Paititi, and the dagger will try and get Lara to give in to her innermost desires: Her family and her mother. She'll resist, and then the Crimson Fire will have to sacrifice Lara. Of course, Lara will survive when this occurs and basically free the sun. After this, another cutscene will occur in which Lara decides to stay back in Paititi for a while while Jonah heads back home, and then finally the credits. There will be one final scene after the credits where you can see Lara in her old home with pieces of her family life. However, there is another alternative ending. If your game does not include the Day 1 patch, then a different cutscene will occur. It is similar to the official ending in dialogue, however, it contains different camera shots as well as a letter from Natla, an original Tomb Raider antagonist, possibly aluding to another sequel in the works. Now that you've finished the game, you can either head back to right before the Kukulkan fight at the City of the Serpent base camp or you can start ain which you keep all your gear from the first playthrough and run through the game another time.
